The CyberShopUK products are designed for ease of use. Our Shop Builder V2.3 can be used without any web design experience. However many businesses will still require assistance with digital photos, or perhaps some bespoke design work. In order to provide this additional support, and to promote our range of products, we require AFFILIATED PARTNERS to register with us.

We are offering TWO partner types:

Support Partner
 Happy to provide assistance with shop building
(Photos, and/or web design).
Introducer Only
 Simple referral to generate additional income.


Support Partner's
Services are provided directly to the business client at a cost agreed between Partner and Client. CyberShopUK will take detailed feedback from the client regards quality of work and overall costs. It is our policy to only pass business to the very best Support Partners. Where feedback falls below our high standards, we reserve the right to downgrade a 'Support Partner' to a 'Simple 'Introducer'.

By signing up as an affiliated partner of CyberShopUK, you can earn additional income. Income is even paid as a percentage of shop rental. We will forward the rewards package details to you on registration.

Our systems can be used by web developers to create MULTIPLE shops on behalf of clients. All our systems have a 30 day free trial.


If you decide that CyberShopUK partnership programme is suitable for you, setting it up can be done quickly and efficiently online.

After you have contacted us, you will be advised of your unique AGENT CODE. If this Agent Code is NOT used, our system will be unable to generate the appropriate commission. In order to asssit your customers, your Agent Code should be clearly shown on any marketing material, or web pages that are used to pass traffic to our shop building system.

 

Terms and Conditions

  1. The term of this agreement will be two years from the date of application, after which time it may be renewed, with the agreement of both parties. We may cancel the agreement at any time in writing subject to a period of one month's notice.

  2. CyberShopUK must be the only link to a shop building and e-commerce site displayed by the partner.

  3. During the period of partnership, the site of the partner must endeavour to ensure that no content is of an offensive nature.

  4. The partner will place an approved logo on their site directed to the appropriate URL, which will be provided on sign up.

  5. When a shop goes live the merchant will pay CyberShopUK an administration fee plus rental. From the administration fee we will pay our affiliated partners the sum of £10. From the regular rental CyberShopUK will pay our affiliated partners the sum of £3 per calander month. All payments to our partners are dependent upon cleared funds reaching us from the introduced shops. When a merchant buys a simple Shopping Cart, the commission payment to the affiliate will be £20.

  6. In order to qualify for the above commissions, you must introduce FOUR shops. Once your fourth shop goes live, a commission account will be arranged and will include the first four shops.

  7. CyberShopUK reserves the right to cancel the payment of fees where the introduced shop becomes a debtor. Where payments are not received or are refunded under the direct debit regulations commission payments will not be made.

  8. Payments to CyberShopUK affiliated partners will be calculated at the end of December, March, June, and September and paid at the end of the month following calculation.

  9. All information provided by either party shall be regarded as confidential in nature and must not be disclosed to a third party without the express written permission of the other party.

  10. All data obtained during the duration of this agreement shall remain the exclusive property of CyberShopUK.
